Facility registry

The registry shows how a facility’s physical structure is connected to current production. It can track sectors, areas, crops, and actual production values within an active growing cycle.

Setup

During initial setup, select the relevant fields and add the facility structure. The data set depends on the type of production. For different crops, important values may include area, plant count, planned and actual output, and other metrics.

Keep the structure detailed enough for analysis, but do not create extra rows that the team cannot update regularly.

Connection to the growing cycle

Registry data belongs to an active growing cycle. When the cycle is completed, its filled rows are moved to a read-only archive and the active section is cleared for the next crop.

An archive is created only when the completed cycle has registry rows.

Important considerations

• mixing several crops in one tracking area makes analysis more difficult;
• actual data should be updated according to a schedule agreed by the team;
• completing a cycle is irreversible and affects related active screens.
