Offer of the Gros.farm Online Store

Terms Acceptance — acceptance of the terms of the Offer.
Order — payment for goods added to the cart.
Online Store — seller of Goods, responsible for sale and delivery.
Cart — the page on the Site where the Buyer places Goods they want to purchase.
Buyer — a person who has accepted the Offer and is placing an order for Goods through the website www.gros.farm.
Seller — the owner of the Online Store responsible for its operation and compliance with the terms of the Offer.
Site — an online resource where Goods can be ordered, located at www.gros.farm.
Product — items available for purchase on the Site.

Main Provisions

1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is a public offer governing the interaction between LLC "GROS.FARM" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and individuals purchasing Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) in the online store "Pochki-pechenochki," located at www.gros.farm (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
2. The Buyer is an individual purchasing Goods for personal, family, or other household needs.
3. The current version of the Offer is published on the Site at www.gros.farm/oferta.

Subject of the Offer

1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, who undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods.
2. The Buyer reviews the characteristics of the Goods, order terms, selects, and places an order on the Site.
3. Payment for the order on the Site constitutes acceptance of the Offer, which is full and unconditional.

Price of Goods and Payment Terms

1. Unless otherwise specified, the price and other characteristics of the Goods listed on the Site are valid at the time of order payment.
2. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the Goods and are paid separately.
3. Information about delivery costs and methods is available on the Site at www.gros.farm/blok-upravleniya-grosfarm.
4. Payment for the Goods and delivery is made under the condition of full prepayment before the order is dispatched to the Buyer.

Interaction Procedure Between Parties

1. Within 2 (two) calendar days from order placement on the Site, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order, determine the prepayment method, and agree on the delivery location, date, and time. The Seller sends the Buyer order confirmation to the email address specified by the Buyer.
2. The obligation to deliver the Goods arises only after the Buyer has made the payment.
3. Failure to pay within 5 (five) calendar days after placing the order on the Site is considered a refusal to accept the Offer.
4. The Buyer must be present at the agreed delivery location on the specified date and time or ensure the presence of their representative. Upon delivery, the Seller has the right to request identification of the recipient of the Goods.
5. If the delivery is made on time but the Buyer fails to accept the Goods, the Parties must agree on a new delivery date, and the Buyer must pay for redelivery.
6. The Buyer checks the appearance, quality, and completeness of the Goods at the time of receipt.
7. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
8. If the Buyer refuses to sign the document confirming delivery, the Seller or authorized representative may note this and record the fact of delivery.
9. If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods within the specified period, the Buyer may demand delivery within a new period or a refund.
10. If defects are found, the Buyer may request replacement, repair, or a refund.
11. The Buyer may refuse the Goods before delivery or within 7 (seven) days after delivery. Delivery expenses are non-refundable.
12. Within 14 (fourteen) days, the Buyer may exchange Goods if they do not meet personal requirements.
13. Claims and requests for return or exchange must be sent to the Sellers email address.
14. The Buyers request to exchange Goods of appropriate quality will be satisfied if they have not been used and their consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are preserved.

Quality and Warranty Period

1. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are new unless otherwise specified.
2. The Buyer agrees that color differences due to devices do not constitute a quality issue.
3. Subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute a quality issue.
4. Warranty period: 6 (six) months.
5. Components and parts have the same warranty period as the Goods.

Liability of the Parties

1. For breaches of obligations under the Offer, the Seller is liable under Russian Federation law.
2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Goods by the Buyer.
3. The Parties are otherwise liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Duration and Termination of the Offer

1. This Offer takes effect upon Acceptance and remains in force until all obligations are fulfilled.
2. The Seller may unilaterally amend the Offer. Amendments apply from the date of publication and do not affect orders made under the previous version.
3. The Parties cannot unilaterally withdraw from the Offer unless otherwise provided by the Offer or by law.

Force Majeure

1. The Parties are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.
2. Force majeure includes but is not limited to technological disasters and power outages.
3. The affected Party must notify the other Party in writing within 2 (two) business days.
4. The Party failing to notify in time must compensate the other Party for losses.
5. Each Party must take all measures to minimize losses to the other Party.
6. If force majeure lasts more than 2 (two) months, the Parties will negotiate alternative methods of performance.

1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or court proceedings under Russian law.
