Tasks can be easily distributed across days, creating daily task lists for yourself and your employees. This takes just five minutes. Once specific days are assigned to tasks, a special quick-access section for daily tasks will appear in the app or the web-based personal dashboard.

The system highlights incomplete tasks and notifies you of completed ones through the assistant robot. The chances of making mistakes or missing something are significantly reduced. You can view at any time when a task was completed and by whom. The task management interface is very convenient and intuitive, even for beginners, who can understand it within minutes.

Adding a note to a task or a greenhouse is very simple. You can also dictate notes, which will be converted into text and saved. In the future, we will add a feature to generate expense lists from notes for basic economic calculations of the farm. You or your employee can dictate text, and the system will automatically extract data and create a summary analysis. It’s very convenient and saves a lot of time.
