Version 2.0.16 — automation channel states

Added automation channel state visibility.

• Channels are created automatically for connected-equipment functions and OwenCloud parameters.
• The interface shows normal, error, or unknown channel states.
• Irrigation and lighting consider the presence of channels in the relevant category.
• Irrigation now has safety logic: after 30 minutes of a continuously abnormal state on any irrigation channel, the system uses the safety schedule.
