Air circulation and interval-based ventilation control

Circulation fans can now be configured using intervals, time slots, and pulse mode.

Users can set operating and pause periods, as well as several intervals throughout the day. The configuration is sent to the local control node, which is responsible for physical execution.

Before applying the configuration, check the wiring diagram and local equipment protections.
